Villa Acqualis is a newly constructed 3-bedroom private residence perched on the peaceful hillside of Toiny in St. Barthélemy. Designed to capture the natural beauty of its surroundings, the villa offers sea views and the soothing sound of waves crashing over the coral shoreline below.
The main living level is accessed directly from the spacious private parking area via a discreet walkway along the rear of the home. At the heart of the villa, the kitchen sits to the right as you face the sea, opening via glass doors to both the front-facing pool terrace and a covered outdoor lounge area. This space creates a breezy transition to the indoor living room which also opens to the pool terrace in front and the covered lounge to its right—blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living. A guest bath is also connected. At the rear of the central covered lounge, a sheltered outdoor dining space is built into a custom stone alcove, creating a comfortable and elegant place for al fresco meals.
