A grand 1,551 acres (627 Ha) of majestic land in the most scenic part of the island lies for ready for development. Situated towards the western tip of the island, where dense vegetation, hills and the Caribbean Sea meet to form the Santa Martha Bay, it is home to the two estates nestled on each side of the bay.
